  1. What is Rebingy?

    What is Rebingy?  Rebingy is a platform designed to give real estate agents and brokers a competitive edge. It provides: Property Valuation: Rebingy lets you perform residential real estate valuations using public records, licensed third-party data, and your input.  This allows our algorithms to generate accurate valuations that you can then fine tune if desired.  You can make Refinements to the valuation updating 13 different categories spanning current condition, recent improvements, or added value for having great views, and more.     Private Hub: With Rebingy’s Private Hub, you can post private off-market sale listings (Pocket Listings) and create Want Listings specifying a client’s home search criteria. Rebingy will automatically match Want Listings to available Pocket Listings in your organization if you are a member of a Team account.  If enabled, notifications will also be sent to your phone or email.  If you have an individual account subscription you can generate a private listing report and share your Pocket listings as you like.   To use Rebingy, sign up at www.Rebingy.com.

  2. Who is Rebingy for?

    Rebingy is tailored for licensed real estate professionals in California. To sign up for an account, you need an active California DRE license.  It is designed so that Agents and Brokers can provide market and property insights and off-market private listings and reports to their clients. 

  3. Who is Rebingy, Inc?

    Rebingy, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with headquarters in Beverly Hills, California, is a real estate technology company founded in July 2024. Our mission is to empower brokers and agents with innovative solutions that deliver collaborative property analysis in minutes, local market insights and off market listing management. We prioritize honoring seller and buyer valuation concerns while enabling brokers to offer full transparency in valuations. Through these efforts, we aim to foster greater trust and peace of mind for all parties involved.

  1. Can I create branded reports for myself or my agency?

    Yes, you can customize either a Valuation or off-market Pocket Listing report with your branding and Agency including a logo, license, broker, and contact details.  You can save the report to your device and share it as you like or soon you will have an Email option for Rebingy to directly email the report to those you wish.

  2. Can I customize the default location on my Search map?

    Yes.  Currently you can choose between your current location as known by your Web Browser or set “Los Angeles” by choosing the option on your Profile tab. In the future we intend to add further location options. For current location to work, your browser may prompt you for your permission.

  3. Can I see what publicly listed properties for sale that are around my Off Market Pocket listing?

    Yes, there is a view in the Private Hub that shows Pocket listing pins and Active public MLS listings in the same area map.  You can zoom in and out and access details of each listing.  Click the Pocket view pull down and select Public and Your Pocket Lists.   If you are part of a Team account, you can pick to view Public and your Organization’s Pocket Lists. 

  4. Does Rebingy help me find matching private listings for sale and notify me?

    If you are an individual account member, you can define your own pocket listings and generate a report to share with other realtors, prospective buyers, or your client. In the future, options will be available for sharing with other agents subscribed to Rebingy.   If you are a member of a Team in Rebingy, your Pocket listings are visible to others in your Organization once you deem them ready.  You can create a Pocket Listing, tailor it as you desire and when ready, and if authorized, mark its status Active. If you are not authorized, your Team Administrators may have a process in place before they mark Pocket Listings Active for you.    Agents that represent buying clients can create Want Listings defining their desired home criteria.  Rebingy automatically compares an Organization’s Want Listings to available Active Pocket listings.  When matches are found, both the Selling and Buying Agents are notified, if enabled.     

  5. How accurate are your property valuations?

    On average, Rebingy has a 97% accuracy rate. It can vary based on the amount and quality of data available for a specific property including the number of Sales Comparables found.  You are able to refine each property valuation by correcting home attributes when public data is out of date, by refining its amenities across 13 different categories, and by fine-tuning which Sales Comparables are used to create the valuation.  

  6. What does the Market Heat represent?

    Market Heat refers to the sales activity in the area surrounding your property and within its price range. It is assessed during each property valuation. This includes properties that are actively for sale, under contract, pending, or sold within the last 90 days. By viewing the number of listings and the relationships between their types, we help gauge local market activity. Rebingy analyzes this data to determine if the market is “cold” to “hot” or somewhere in between which can factor into how quickly a home may sell and at what price.

  7. What does the Rebingy Private Hub provide?

    Private hub includes Off Market property sale listings (Pocket Listings) and Want Listings defining a buying client’s home criteria.  Each agent can define their Pockets and when ready have them be visible and searchable by other Agents in your organization if you are a member of a Team or Enterprise account.   Rebingy automates matching between Wants and Pockets and optionally notifies Agents via SMS and/or Email. 

  8. What is Rebingy It!

    The Rebingy It! feature provides instant property valuations using real-time data, comparable sales, and heat maps, delivering actionable insights in seconds.  Click Search and click a desired pin on the map or just start typing the desired home address and click to get a full valuation.   Each valuation you generate is stored in your history and can be accessed at any time.

  9. What is the difference between the Search map and entering a specific address in the search box?

    The Search tab on your dashboard allows you to view properties from the Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) that Rebingy pulls data from. By default, only Active listings are shown, but you can adjust the filters to search for Under Contract, Pending, or Sold listings. For each listing found, you can see a preview and select Rebingy It! to generate a valuation. Once you’ve generated a valuation, later you can easily access it again by clicking on History. Alternatively, you can enter a specific address in the Search box.  As you type, matching addresses will appear—simply select the one that fits the property you’re looking for. Rebingy will search its data sources to identify the property’s type and characteristics, and if located, perform a full valuation. By typing an address, Rebingy goes beyond the MLS, often finding properties through other data sources, even if they have been off the market for many years.

  1. Does Rebingy have a mobile app?

    Rebingy is optimized for mobile device web browsers. For Android, download the Rebingy App from the Google App Store.   For iPhones, you can bookmark our www.rebingy.com website link or our App UI’s main page.  You can also use your mobile browser’s Share function to add an Icon to your home screen.

  2. How do I sign up for Rebingy?

    To sign up, visit Rebingy.com and follow the steps to subscribe. You can choose an Individual account, a Team with 2 to 30 other real estate agents, or contact Sales to discuss a larger Enterprise account for your organization.  For Individual and Team accounts, you’ll need to provide your California DRE License number along with contact information to verify your eligibility.   

  3. Is the Rebingy app free to use?

    Rebingy offers a 14-day free trial period for all new accounts when you sign up for an Individual or Team account.  For prospective Enterprise accounts, a longer trial period can be arranged by contacting our sales.   

  4. What browsers and devices does the Rebingy App support?

    The Rebingy app supports the following browsers and devices: Browsers: Chromium-based web browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, version 117 and higher. Safari version 16.6 and higher. Devices: Windows desktops and laptops running supported browsers. Apple iPhones and iPads with Safari 16.6 or higher or Chromium-based browsers. Android devices running supported Chromium-based browsers. For the best experience, ensure your browser and device meet the minimum requirements mentioned above.

  5. What geographic area does Rebingy Valuations cover?

    Currently, Rebingy covers approximately 40% of California using Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data to power our valuation algorithms. With our other data sources, we can often provide property valuations for addresses across 90% of California.

  6. What types of properties does Rebingy support?

    Rebingy currently provides valuations for Single Family Residences (SFRs). Support for Condominium and Townhouse valuations is coming soon, with Multi-family properties to follow. For Off Market private sale listings we currently support Single family, Condominiums, and Townhouses.

  1. Does Rebingy sell any of my information?

    No, Rebingy does not sell or share your information. As a SaaS platform for real estate professionals, Rebingy is committed to protecting your privacy. All data, including property valuations, private pocket listings, and automated searches, is kept strictly confidential until you decide to share with other realtors within your organization or network of contacts. Your information is not sold or given away to third parties.

  2. Is my data safe with Rebingy?

    Yes, your data is safe with Rebingy.  As a SaaS platform designed for real estate agents, Rebingy prioritizes data security and privacy. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information, including property valuations, private off-market pocket listings, and automated searches. Only you have access to your data unless you choose to share it within your team, organization, or with specific users. Your data privacy is central to our service, and we continually update our security practices to ensure your information remains secure.

  3. Is my data visible to other users?

    Your information is personal to you and not visible to other customers unless you wish it to be. Your property valuations are private and seen only by you. Any changes you make to property metrics or amenities and its valuation are also private to you. In the Private Hub, you control when your Pocket Listings become visible to your team or organization by adjusting their listing status from draft to active. When you create Want Listings, they and any automated Matches found, will be visible to others in your organization or team.   If you have an individual account, you can share the reports we offer.  Additional sharing options will be coming in the future. You can generate PDF reports of each property valuation and for off-market pocket listings and share them as needed.

  4. What personal information is required for me to sign up?

    To sign up for Rebingy, we require only the essential information needed to create and secure your account. This typically includes your name, email address, and professional details (such as your CA DRE real estate license number). This information helps us verify your identity, tailor our services to your needs, and provide a secure experience. Rest assured, your personal information is protected and used exclusively to enhance your experience on the Rebingy platform.
